In the endless dark terrain of space, there are many enemies to freedom and justice. The Federation was established to unify the free races of the universe. Unfortunately, not all of the races in the universe are friends of the Federation.
After the Domion War and the Borg incursions into the Alpha Quadrant, Starfleet decided to form a new fleet. This fleet would not be content with mapping out Alpha Quadrant: it would seek out the Federation's enemies and destroy them.
This new fleet, Neo Fleet, is divided into six Tactical Groups. Tactical Group 3 is the cruiser wing of Neo Fleet, led by the Fleet Executive Officer, Admiral Millet Stern.
